Immediately after you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order and a link to click on. Once we have received your order approval, we will start processing your order and you will be kept informed of our progress.

Parcel receipt date = product availability + shipping date + delivery time

The dispatch date is based on the availability of the products and the chosen payment method, while the delivery time depends on the delivery method you have chosen.

Product availability

Next to each product there is a deadline which describes when the products can be dispatched by us - from 24 hours to a few days (products available in stock), whereas in the case of products imported on request, the time ranges from 7 to even a few dozen days (in the case of products difficult to obtain or imported from outside the European Union).

We make every effort to ensure that the offer presented on the website corresponds with the actual stock levels, however, it may happen that the actual delivery time is prolonged - we will inform you about this immediately.

If you order more than one product, the shipping time for the entire order is adjusted to the product with the longest shipping time. It is possible to complete your order in stages - to do so, please contact us or enter a note to this effect in the notes to your order.

Form of payment

Payment on delivery - you only pay when you collect your order in our stationary shop.

Payment by bank transfer - the processing time of your order depends on the moment the payment is credited. Depending on the bank, this normally takes up to two working days.

Electronic payment - the most convenient and very fast way to complete your order. During working hours, funds will usually be transferred to our account immediately.

Form of delivery

A courier company in Poland usually enables delivery of an order in 1-2 working days from the day of dispatch, within the EU it usually takes 3-7 days and delivery outside of Europe can take more than 7 days.

The Polish Post Office usually delivers within the stated 2-3 working days by priority mail or 7 days by economy mail.

When sending the goods we use reliable and recognised shipping companies, however the shop is not responsible for the quality of their work or delivery time.
