How long do I need to wait for a delivery?
Immediately after you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link which you should click. On receipt of acceptance of the order we will begin processing it, and you will be kept up to date on how our work is progressing.
Date of receipt of your package = product availability + dispatch date + delivery time
The dispatch date depends on the availability of products and the selected method of payment, while the delivery time depends on your chosen method of delivery.
All products state how much time may be needed before we can dispatch them – from 24 hours to several days (products available in stock), while in the case of products imported specifically for your order, it takes form 7 to even several dozen days (in in the case of products that are difficult to access or imported from outside the European Union).
We make every effort to ensure that what the offer on our web pages corresponds to the current status of our stock, although it may happen that the actual delivery time is lengthened – we will let you know immediately if this happens.
If you order has a large number of products, the time of dispatch of the whole order is matched to the product with the longest delivery time. An order can be fulfilled in stages – to arrange this, contact us or enter a relevant note in the remarks on the order form.
Cash on delivery - you pay in cash or by card when you pick up your order in our stationary store.
Payment by transfer – the time of delivery depends on when the payment is credited to our account. Depending on bank, it may take up to two working days.
Electronic payment – the most convenient and fast way of realizing an order. During working hours funds are usually transferred to our account immediately.
