A twisted master of battlefield control, the Defiler returns from the days of the Brood War to plague your enemies once more. Shroud your forces in a Dark Swarm to shield them from ranged fire, unleash a corrosive Plague upon entrenched positions, and consume lesser Zerg to fuel its terrible powers. Where the Defiler goes, the Swarm advances unopposed.

Mistrz manipulacji polem bitwy, Defiler, powraca z czasów Brood War, by znów siać spustoszenie w szeregach wroga. Osłoń swoje siły chmurą Dark Swarm, chroniąc je przed ostrzałem dystansowym, ześlij niszczycielską plagę (Plague) na okopane pozycje wroga i pożeraj słabsze jednostki Zergów, by zasilić swoje przerażające moce. Tam, gdzie pojawia się Defiler, Rój (Swarm) posuwa się naprzód bez przeszkód.
