Blue is the color of PanOceania. It is the color assigned on modern strategic maps to the allied forces, the color of the good guys. Clear, bright, it is the optimistic color of the nation that leads the Human Sphere, the color of the uniforms of its soldiers, champions of Freedom and Democracy. But when PanOceania has to work in the shadows, the brightest color is not the best. Sometimes they need a darker, more discreet hue. That is when indigo goes into action: the color of the all-concealing abyssal depths, the color of the all-destroying tempestuous ocean. As a result, when PanOceanian troops earn enough merit to join the Special Operations Command, they shed their original colors and become Indigo Spec-Ops, the dark side of PanOceania.

This box contains three metal miniatures with alternative arms: 1 Indigo (HMG) (Extra arm: MULTI Rifle), 1 Indigo Heavy (MULTI Rifle) (Extra arm: HMG), and 1 Blueberry SpecBot.

Błękit to barwa PanOceanii. To kolor przypisany na współczesnych mapach strategicznych siłom sojuszniczym – barwa „tych dobrych”. Czysty i jasny, stanowi optymistyczny symbol narodu stojącego na czele Sfery Ludzkiej oraz kolor mundurów jego żołnierzy – obrońców wolności i demokracji. Jednak gdy PanOceania musi działać w ukryciu, najjaśniejsze barwy nie są najlepszym wyborem. Czasem potrzebny jest ciemniejszy, bardziej dyskretny odcień. Wtedy do akcji wkracza indygo: kolor skrywających wszystko głębin oceanu i niszczycielskiego, wzburzonego żywiołu. Dlatego też, gdy żołnierze PanOceanii zyskują prawo do wstąpienia w szeregi Dowództwa Operacji Specjalnych (Special Operations Command), porzucają swoje dotychczasowe barwy i stają się Indigo Spec-Ops – mrocznym obliczem PanOceanii.
